See under construction the Master Entry Façade to Villas Altas, Hermosa Highlands condominium community. Highlands Estates & Cerro Fresco Entry Façade
The entry façade to the next two communities of Hermosa Highlands is also currently under construction with another one of our development teams. This entry accentuates to master entry to Villas Altas and also towers almost 2000ft. above sea level. This entry will greet guests as they arrive to both Highlands Estates our estate enclave of lavish Tuscan residences as well as Cerro Fresco our Balinese Eco-community. Villas Altas Horizontal Development

Towering 1600ft. above both Hermosa and Esterillos beaches this community also runs parallel to virgin rainforest and the La Gloria river teaming with exotic wildlife and fauna that Costa Rica is famous for. Aqueduct Development
Our drilling team at the time they were developing this important project infrastructure, the aqueduct has been completed and we currently have incredible water supplies that exceed the maximum demands for these first three communities as well as several other future projects.
Concrete Batching Plant
Costa Rica Development Company has invested in a onsite concrete batching facility to insure quality, lead times and cost control over the development period while all Hermosa Highlands communities will be under construction. Costa Rica Development Company has donated the engineering, consulting and oversight of construction for over 15 kilometers of public access into the mountain range of Cerro Fresco. CRDC has committed an enormous amount of manpower and equipment to this cause as well. Several teams have been working both on site creating our road network as well as developing off site access and there have been incredible improvements to all the public and private road systems into Hermosa Highlands.
